I run a service business on Quick Books Online and Simpro and need the two platforms to behave like one system.
First milestone: build a bi-directional sync from scratch—no plugins installed. Invoices, payments, customer records and inventory all have to stay aligned, preferably in real time, with solid error handling and a clear audit trail so I can maintain it myself once you hand it over. Once that accounting link is stable, I want to extend the workflow:
Responsibilities Mobile technician toolkit: Using Simpro Lightning, create a lightweight app (Android/i OS or PWA) that lets field staff view jobs, clock time, add parts, collect signatures and work from pre-built templates. Everything should be ready for a new tech to log in and start. Event-driven messaging: When a job is set to Approved in Simpro, the assigned technician must receive an automated Whats App message. At the same time, Quick Books should trigger a Zapier flow that calls the Open AI AP...Ready to Apply?
