Our Valued Team of Queue Facilitation Agents work in a team environment and are responsible for ensuring the timely, efficient, professional and safe queue facilitation service of passengers queueing to enter secure areas in and around Adelaide Airport.

This role will require permanent 7-day availability, with the successful candidates working on a rotating roster, 7 days a week.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Deliver a high standard of customer service for all passengers and ensure all customer service requirements are met in a timely, efficient and professional manner, at all times.
