Quarry Operator
Ferny Grove, Queensland
Heidelberg Materials Australia (formerly Hanson) have opportunities to join our team as a Quarry Operator based out of our Ferny Grove Quarry. This role will be reporting to the Quarry Manager, and we are seeking applicants who have a passion for safety and value a strong work ethic. This is casual leading to full-time for the right candidate.
Financials:
You will be rewarded with a competitive and attractive hourly rate (pending experience).
Covered under the Metro Quarrying EBA - overtime rates apply.
About the Role:
Operating Mobile Equipment including Dump Trucks, Front End Loaders, and Excavators.
Operating the crushing and screening plant
General fixed plant maintenance and inspections
During busy periods we expect all employees to pitch in and perform any/all quarry tasks where needed
