Track changes to the Design/ Construction work and adjust budget projections accordingly Price/ forecast the cost of different materials required for the project Procurement responsibilities including preparing tender document or calling for quotation for subcontract packages including evaluation through cost comparison as well as recommendation of awards Certificate and evaluate progress work done includes contract administration for any variation or change for both Subcontracts and Main Contracts Prepare and followup monthly progress claims in timely manner Perform other QS-related duties as assigned by the Reporting Supervisor Requirements Possess Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or its equivalent
