Assist in the preparation and submission of tender and contract documents

Attendance of site meeting and liaise with the cost consultant
Measure and value the work done on site
Evaluation and certification of supplier and subcontractor's claims
Finalization and closing out of project accounts
Estimation of quantities, evaluation and cost comparison of sub-contractors quotations
Reply to sales enquiry
Prepare and follow up sales quotation
