Quantity Surveyor - Western Mumbai

Qualification & Skills
B.E. / B.Tech (Civil).
Well versed with MS Office and AutoCAD (2D / 3D).
Understanding of construction materials, pricing, contracts, and industry standards.
2 – 5 years of experience in quantity surveying, tendering, or contracts management, only from real estate development.
Responsibilities
Reviewing architectural plans and preparing quantity requirements for feasibility and tendering purposes.
Preparation of Tender documents, Contract documents, and detailed BOQs in coordination with architects and consultants.
Conducting feasibility studies to estimate materials, time, and labour costs; supporting budget preparation for new projects.
Analyzing and negotiating costs for tenders and contracts; evaluating contractor bids and recommendations.
Monitoring work progress and cost incurred across projects to ensure alignment with planned budgets.
Performing valuation of completed works and facilitating timely payment arrangements.
