Job Description

Project Details
The successful Quantity Surveyor will support the commercial delivery of civil engineering and infrastructure projects typically valued between £250,000 and £6 million. Projects are delivered across the UK, often centred around specialist engineering works within the construction sector.
Responsibilities and Duties
The Quantity Surveyor will support the commercial team in managing costs, contracts, and project performance across multiple schemes.

Assist in the commercial management of civil engineering projects from inception to completion
Support administration of NEC3 and NEC4 contracts

Assist with early warning notices and compensation events

Prepare and manage cost reports, valuations, and forecasts

Support programme and risk register integration

Assist in identifying and managing commercial risks and opportunities
