- Prepare monthly claims
- Prepare sub contractor and supplier monthly payment responses
- Prepare cost schedule
- Measure drawing quantity take off and order materials
- Measure site quantities for progress claims and work done
- Liasing with sub contractors and suppliers
- Liaising with consultants
- Attending and clearing site inspections
- Submission of drawing and documents to consultants
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports
- Take minutes of meeting
