Key Responsibilities

. Manage project cost control and contract administration

. Prepare progress claims and variation submissions

. Evaluate subcontractor quotations

. Monitor project budgets and cost performance

. Attend commercial and project meetings

Requirements

. Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering

. Experience in infrastructure or construction projects preferred

. Candidates without experience are welcome to apply for QS position

. Strong cost control and negotiation skills

. Proficiency in English and Mandarin as the role requires liaising with Mandarin-speaking clients, senior management, and project stakeholders
