Quantity Surveyor

• Provide project costing, prepare and carry out budgetary control
• Handle monthly progress claim and final claim
• Attend to all relevant administration and documentation for the project
• Experience in tender preparation, measurement and estimation for earthwork / civil engineering / A&A projects
• Taking off quantities
• Compile RFQ, submit the quotation and submit the relevant documentation
• All other QS related job

• Candidate must possess at least a Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying / Civil Engineering / Building / Architecture
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Proactive and good communication with Client to meet the deadlines
• Able to work independently, be meticulous, analytical
• Applicants must be willing to work in SENOKO AREA
