Quantity Surveyor – High-End Residential Contractor – South West London / Surrey
Salary/Package: £65,000 – £75,000 + Travel, Private Medical, Pension, Discretionary Bonus, Annual Leave
O’Neill and Brennan are currently working with a highly regarded high-end residential contractor delivering a portfolio of bespoke luxury residential projects for private clients across London and Surrey. Their schemes range from prime residential refurbishments, bespoke cut and carves andd extensions through to new build mansions, with exceptional levels of finish and craftsmanship throughout.
They are seeking to hire an experienced Quantity Surveyor with residential experience who is confident taking commercial ownership of their own project from procurement through to final account.
