Experience: 5–8 Years in Building Construction (Civil Works)

Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Quantity Surveyor for our construction projects. The candidate must have hands-on experience working on government projects from the contractor’s side. Key responsibilities include:
Preparation of detailed cost estimates and BOQs.
Preparation and submission of Interim Payment Certificates (IPCs).
Preparation of Variation Orders (VOs).
Rate analysis for civil works and materials.
Preparation of Bar Bending Schedules (BBS).
Verification of quantities and site measurements.
Coordination with site and technical teams for timely approvals.
Strong understanding of government project documentation and procedures.
