Role 1: Quantity Surveyor – Water Infrastructure & Utilities

Location: Lancashire (Preston / Lancaster Hub) Salary: £45,000 – £55,000 + Car Allowance + Comprehensive Benefits Package

The Company: Our client is a leading Civil Engineering contractor with an enviable reputation for delivering complex infrastructure projects across the North West. Due to a major long‑term framework win with a regional water utility provider, they are looking to bolster their commercial team with a specialist Quantity Surveyor.

The Role: Operating within the Water & Utilities division, you will be responsible for the commercial health of a suite of projects ranging from minor repair works to major pumping station upgrades. Our client is looking for a hands‑on QS who is comfortable balancing office‑based commercial management with regular site visits across Lancashire.
