QUANTITY SURVEYOR

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Tender estimation and costing.
• Quantity take-off, estimation, cost planning, subcontracting, Variation Orders and Final Accounts with Clients.
• To review progress of all on-going projects and preparation of monthly progress claim submissions to Clients as well as evaluates and prepare Subcontractors' claims.
• Undertaking duties/assignments as and when appropriately assigned by the HOD/Superior.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in Structural / Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in Tender and Estimating Works.
• Able to read and understand Drawings well.
• Extensive knowledge and experience in estimating construction projects.
• Knowledge of Structural Steel works will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of Standard Conditions of Contracts and Sub-contracts.
