Responsibilities

• Responsible for cost management, procurement support and contract administration for Design & Build data center project
• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and cost plans for CSA works at various project stage
• Monitor project costs, track variations, and support value engineering initiative
• Conduct cost analysis and benchmarking for civil, structural, and architectural element
• Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations and provide recommendations
• Prepare and review tender documents, BOQs, and cost breakdowns for CSA package
• Assist in the administration of subcontracts and main contracts for CSA scop
• Assess and certify progress claims, variation orders, and final account
• Manage contract documentation and ensure compliance with contractual term
