Quantity Surveyor

Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor? Have you got experience with New Build housing developers?
Our Client, a New build housing developer of affordable homes, is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team. Sites are based within the Northeast.
Responsibilities –
* Manage all cost relating to projects, minimize costs of projects, enhance margins.
* Tendering
* Budgeting
* Valuations
* Adaptions (where required)
What we need from you:
* Previous experience with new build housing developers.
* Ability to work in a team.
* Degree qualified/ HNC in Quantity Surveying.
* You will have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
