Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Quantity Surveyor (QS) to manage cost planning, procurement and financial control of construction projects. The ideal candidate should have experience in large-scale residential complexes and/or warehouses.
Key Responsibilities
* Cost Estimation & Budgeting:
* Prepare preliminary cost estimates feasibility studies and detailed budgets on all design stages.
* Develop Bills of Quantities (BoQ) and tender documents.
* Advise on cost-efficient materials and construction methods.
* Effective budget tracking to ensure projects remain within financial constraints.
* Procurement & Tendering:
* Assist in contractor/subcontractor selection and bid evaluations.
* Prepare, negotiate and analyse costs for tenders and contracts.
* Recommend procurement strategies (traditional, design & build, etc.).
* Financial Control & Reporting:
* Monitor project expenditures and forecast final costs.
