Our client is looking to appoint an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their Yorkshire team, delivering high‑spec commercial fit‑out and refurbishment projects across the region.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially astute QS who enjoys being heavily involved across the full project lifecycle – not just cost management. The business is looking for a strong all‑rounder with the ability to work at pace within a fast‑moving Tier 1 fit‑out environment.

Salary & Package

• 70,000 - 85,000 DOE
