Quantity Surveyor Manager-Permanent/Central

• Participate in project commercial budgeting and cost management.

• Handle various commercial tasks during project execution, including but not limited to payment requests, contract variations, record keeping, subcontractor management, and project contract administration.

• Coordinate with the finance department to ensure smooth alignment between commercial and financial processes.

• Complete other tasks assigned by company management and participate in the development and improvement of the company’s commercial management system.

• Minimum 5 years of construction industry experience, with at least 3 years of relevant professional experience.
