This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded professional to play a key role in the successful delivery of high-value projects, managing all aspects of cost control, procurement, valuations, and financial reporting from inception through to completion.
Key Responsibilities Take full commercial responsibility for allocated projects.
Prepare accurate measurements, valuations, variations, interim applications, and final accounts.
Produce Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and monitor project budgets to ensure financial targets are achieved.
