Quantity Surveyor – Social Housing Planned Works - Hertfordshire - Hybrid
* Location: Hertfordshire (3 days office / 2 days WFH)
* Framework: Major Housing Association – Planned Works
* Regions: Essex, Norfolk & Cambridgeshire
* Travel: Approx. 1–2 site/client visits per month

This role sits within a well‑established business unit delivering refurbishment, remediation, retrofit, and building safety projects for local authorities and housing associations.
