Join a key delivery contractor on the £4.2bn Welsh Water framework and be part of a company that focuses on upgrading water supply systems and improving essential network resilience. Due to continued growth and an increased spend in the Water sector, our client is keen to recruit a Quantity Surveyor to join their driven commercial team.
For over 40 years, our client has delivered projects like new pipelines and network maintenance, as well as the construction and upgrades of pumping stations and treatment facilities across South Wales. Their approach emphasises collaboration and early contractor involvement to ensure reliable water distribution.
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will:
* Have experience of applications and CVR’s.
* Prepare forecasts / reports; cost, profit / loss, value etc.
* Manage subcontract enquiries and prepare contracts.
