Location: London (Projects across London & the South East)
Salary: £55,000 – £65,000 + Package
Company: Up-and-Coming Fit-Out & Refurbishment Contractor
Project Values: £1m – £25m (Phase 1 £5m of a £25m Hotel Redevelopment)
Reports to: Managing Surveyor

This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven Quantity Surveyor to take commercial lead on a £5m Phase 1 Refurbishment, forming part of a £25m luxury hotel redevelopment in Central London. You’ll gain hands-on responsibility, autonomy, and exposure to high-profile work — while being supported by a senior team with a proven track record in delivering complex, high-end schemes.
