• Assess and evaluate subcontractor quotes and invoices

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor
• Proficient in cost estimation and budgeting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities

. Strong knowledge of quantity take-off, cost estimation, and project documentation.
