Quantity Surveyor

Job Desc :

• Work closely with project managers, engineers, contractors, finance and other teams across Guardian.
• Identify commercial risks, recommend risk strategies and maintain risk registers.
• Ensure compliance of safety, legal and regulatory requirements.
• Uphold all company policies, audit standards and internal controls.
• Collaborate with the non trade procurement and projects teams to create bill of quantities, tender documentation and pricing schedules to evaluate supplier proposals.
• Assess contract variations, change orders, claims and ensure alignment with contract terms.
• Building nurtuting strong, collaborative relationship with contractors, at senior levels of their business to foster long term partnerships.
• Collaborate with procurement and our projects team to prepare detailed initial cost estimates and RFP's.
