We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team at JMS ENGINEERING CONTRACTOR SDN. BHD.' based in Klang, Selangor. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a vital role in managing the financial aspects of our construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. This is a full-time position that offers excellent opportunities for professional growth and development.

Responsibilities

• Estimate and prepare cost assessments for project materials in collaboration.
• Calculate costs and pricing for construction projects based on drawings, client requirements, and suplier pricing, and prepare detailed quotations
• Attend site valuation, site measurement and regular meetings when necessary.
• Assist in preparing monthly progress claims, progress reports and variation orders.
• Responsible for filing and other documentations management.
