Reports to: Senior Quantity Surveyor

Our client is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to support exciting projects across sporting, commercial, and cultural environments. This role plays a key part in bringing projects to life—transforming empty spaces into vibrant, fully built environments for events and temporary structures locally and internationally.

The candidate will be responsible for cost estimation, budgeting, contract management, procurement, valuation of work, and ensuring projects are completed within budget while maintaining quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Head of Projects, Project Managers, and Account Managers throughout the full project lifecycle—from estimating to delivery to post-project reconciliation.
