Quantity Surveyor Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon to Fri, 8 am - 5 pm Sat 8 am - 12 pm) Salary Package:
Up to $4000 + Performance Bonus Duration: Permanent Key Responsibilities Preparation of tender and contracts Undertaking cost analysis for tenders, repair, and maintenance project work Allocating upcoming work to contractors Manage all costs relating to projects, seeking to minimize costs and enhancing value for money, while still achieving the required standards and quality Adhoc duties as assigned
