This is a great opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join an established Data Centre contractor to support the Commercial and Project Management teams.
Our client is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join them on a new Multi-Million Euro Data Centre Project, Delivering Technically Complex Packages in Milan that is currently in Construction phase.
Key responsibilities for this Quantity Surveyor role:

Manage subcontractor packages from award through to final account
Assess and negotiate variations and change orders
Monitor cost-to-complete and maintain budget control
Support procurement and subcontractor selection
Review and validate subcontractor valuations and invoices
Contribute to monthly commercial reporting
Work closely with site management to align cost and programme
Identify and mitigate commercial risk
