We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic construction team, responsible for comprehensive commercial management of complex project portfolios.

Key Responsibilities

- Procure and manage critical subcontract packages through comprehensive tender processes
- Generate detailed work packages, invitations to tender (ITTs), and accurate budgets from technical documentation
- Prepare and finalise subcontract documentation with precision
- Manage commercial aspects of multiple subcontract packages from initial order through to final account settlement
- Conduct continuous financial monitoring and cost control
- Engage proactively with diverse stakeholders including clients, subcontractors, designers, and internal teams
- Submit contractually compliant commercial documentation
