Quantity Surveyor

Enersense Engineering is currently seeking a Quantity Surveyor to support one of our clients on a Data Centre project located in Helsinki, Finland. We are hiring on a permanent basis and the position is set to start as soon as possible.

Main tasks and responsibilities

• Work with the senior project team to procure key subcontract packages and other critical elements of the works.
• Generating quantified work packages, ITTs & budgets from technical documents. Analysis & presentation of tender returns.
• Preparation and agreement of subcontract documents.
• Commercial management of multiple subcontract packages from order through to final account, monthly payments, variation and claims management.
• Continuous monitoring of costs and financial entitlement on the packages / projects under your control.
