We are currently seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our client on a client-side basis, supporting major data centre projects across Finland.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a long-term programme of works within a fast-growing, high-value sector. The role offers a competitive day rate and ongoing contract security, with an immediate start available, though flexibility can be offered for the right candidate.
Role Overview
As a client-side Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for the commercial management and cost control of large-scale data centre developments. You will work closely with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders to ensure strong financial governance, contract compliance, and cost efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.
