Job Description
A Multidisciplinary and innovative consultancy are looking to add a hard-working Quantity Surveyor to their team in Surrey near Guildford, to work on Residential projects.
The Quantity Surveyor's Role
Working closely with the and Director, the Quantity Surveyor will take the lead on Residential projects across London and the Southeast with projects values from £3m - £70m. These will include, PBSA, new build homes, later living and cladding remediation.
If you are keen to get your APC then you would have incredible support here with an in-house mentor/councillor to help get you MRICS!
The Quantity Surveyor
Completed a Quantity Surveying degree or similar
Minimum of 3 years Quantity Surveying experience
Ideally residential experience
Worked within a PQS / Construction Consultancy practice
Good pre and post contract knowledgeIn Return?
£50,000 - £60,000
Bonus scheme
Hybrid working - 2 days in the office
Great Pension scheme
