Prestigious Interiors Company looking for Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor
Responsibilities:
. 1. Quantity taking off and cost comparison for main work trades, negotiate and analysis costs for tenders. 2. Take off quantities, compute costing, monitoring and maintaining the cost expenditure of the Project site assigned. 3. Prepare tender submission including bills of quantities and discuss with Manager for pricing. 4. Source for quotation and administration of contracts obtaining sub-contractor's quotation for various trade. 5. Prepare monthly progress claim and cost analysis based on the architectural drawings and materials required. 6. Prepare for final submission and follow-up with Tender Questionnaires reply and Interview. 7. Monitoring progress claim and liaise with vendors. 8. Attend Site meeting for on-going project. 9.
