Position Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate cost estimates (taking-off) and budgets for fit out works, furniture and equipment for each outlet that assigned.
- Preparing justification and recommendation for any new item on the fit out works.
- Prepare and issue tender documents to contractors and suppliers.
- Evaluate bids and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Draft, review, and prepare contracts Letter of Award (LOA) to contractors, nominated contractor andsuppliers.
