Mid-Senior Cost Estimator / Quantity Surveyor

This isn't just a back-end data entry role. You will be the crucial bridge between our creative design team, the on-ground project management team, and the client. Your main mission will be to turn design concepts into highly accurate, transparent Bill of Quantities (BOQs) and help clients understand exactly where their investment is going.

Key Responsibilities
BOQ & Cost Estimation:

Create detailed, accurate BOQs and cost estimates for interior design projects (predominantly high-end residential, with occasional commercial projects).
