Quantity Surveyor – London | £50,000–£65,000 + Package

We are currently recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to join a Major Projects Commercial team delivering large‑scale, multi‑million‑pound construction projects across London. This role will involve working closely with Tier 1 contractors and key public and private sector clients, ensuring projects are commercially managed to the highest standards throughout the full lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Commercial management of projects from inception through to completion, including cost control and billing
• Preparation of cost plans, sales values, and margin forecasts
• Supporting tendering, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations
• Working closely with delivery teams to ensure successful project outcomes
