Quantity Surveyor (Civil / Electrical)

Main Responsibilities . Manage all
quantity surveying and contract administration
activities across assigned projects. . Prepare and submit
tenders , including quantity take-off and pricing. . Draft
letters of award
to subcontractors, verify claims, and ensure effective cost control. . Prepare
monthly financial reports
and accurate cost forecasts. . Identify, prepare, and evaluate
variations and valuations
for projects. . Obtain
quotations from subcontractors and suppliers
for costing purposes. . Conduct
cost comparisons
to support procurement and project decisions. . Liaise with suppliers regarding quotations for the
Bill of Quantities (BQ) . Job Requirements Diploma in Building / Quantity Surveying. Minimum 6 months of relevant experience in quantity surveying. Proficiency in AutoCAD. Strong analytical and cost management skills. Good interpersonal skills to communicate with people of all levels.
