They work largely on the contractor side, delivering refurbishment and infrastructure works across real estate, MOD, MOJ and wider public sector estates. Projects include social housing, central government buildings, commercial offices, defence estates and prison refurbishment. The business has recently merged with a major international consultancy, giving access to global expertise and a large worldwide office network.
