An established groundworks and civil engineering contractor is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join its commercial team. The company specialises in delivering groundwork and infrastructure packages for residential and commercial developments across the Midlands and surrounding regions, with a strong reputation for quality and reliability.
Position: Quantity Surveyor
Location: Birmingham
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum + car allowance + package
Contract Type: Permanent

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the commercial aspects of multiple groundwork and infrastructure projects, ensuring they are delivered efficiently, profitably, and in accordance with contractual requirements.
