Our client has a requirement for a qualified QS.

Location: Grangemouth, minimum 3 months.

Job Purpose

To provide cost assurance on all Contractor spend across all PISML Terminal Term Contracts and Projects to ensure the business only pays for actual work done in accordance with the terms of agreed Contracts through the robust auditing and contract management.

To manage monthly service receipting and payments to each supplier of Services to the Terminal, to ensure these are paid in accordance with entitlement as set within contractual terms.

Dimensions

• Total Annual Spend – cost assurance on all contracts/Projects over GBP 2M
• 1 Fuels terminal
• Contracts value – ranging from GBP 50k – 500K
• Activity – up to 25 submissions per month in value up to GBP 50k/mth
