Mô tả công việc: We are looking for driven individuals to join our Operations Team. You will be responsible for the functions listed below:

Responsibilities:
- Managing assigned area (4-6 provinces) to ensure all operation relevant to these hubs.

Operation Management:
- Supervise Bambooship’s Hub daily operations to ensure the quality of Bambooship PUD services including Firstmile/ Lastmile/ Return base on the KPI targets/ SOP/ regulation.
- Supervise daily performance of rider, group, area in assigned area to ensure capacity of rider.
- Supervise Inbound/ Outbound/ Cycle Count/ Pending/ Backlog process at Hub
- Supervise Standard of Hub Facility to meet Operation requirements: Headcount/ Facility/ Equipment/ Branding…
- Regularly hold meeting and discussing with Hub Manager to review performance in weekly/ monthly basis.
