**Job Description**

The Quality Technician performs detailed inspections of materials and components used in RF technologies and EMI shielding composites for government-related applications. This role conducts incoming, in-process, and final inspections, accurately documents findings, and collaborates closely with engineering to ensure that any quality issues are quickly identified, communicated, and resolved.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform incoming inspections on materials used in RF technologies and EMI shielding composites to ensure they meet specified requirements before use in production.
+ Conduct in-process inspections at various stages of manufacturing to verify that parts and assemblies conform to engineering specifications and quality standards.
