Your mission, roles and responsibilities

Within the production team, you ensure product and process compliance with the control plan and quality standards (IATF ), while actively supporting continuous improvement on the shopfloor.
 
The main missions of the role are:
Authority to stop production in case of non-conformity and escalate issues when needed.
Maintain and ensure consistency of shopfloor quality documentation with the control plan.
Verify availability and capability of measuring equipment.
Ensure proper traceability and management of quality records (SPC when applicable).
Lead containment actions within 24 hours for non-conformities (blocking, sorting, additional controls).
