Job Description
The Quality Technician plays a key role in ensuring product quality by performing inspections, utilizing precision measurement tools, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain high-quality standards. This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and independently resolve quality issues. The Quality Technician will also address cosmetic defects, manage deviation requests and suggestions, and support organizational decision-making by working closely with all departments. This position will train on 1st shift and then will move to 2nd Shift (4pm-12:30am).
Responsibilities

+ Perform inspections using precision measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and additional quality measurement tools.

+ Ensure real-time quality support for production and problem-solving on the floor.
