Job Summary

This position will be responsible for executing the day‑to‑day Quality CQMS tasks for the facility which involve a proactive fast response to assembly line related disruptions as well as an accountability to react upon Quality defects to mitigate time and cost impacts. Performs advanced inspection and audits to track, analyze, and report on materials, processes, and products to ensure conformance to company's quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure CQMS is aligned and properly executed in the value stream.
• Interacting with manufacturing, operations, design, etc. team members to determine root cause of quality issues and ensure that corrective and preventive action are implemented.
• Ensure Scrap and DPU metrics meet goals by developing quality checklists inspection, training inspectors to detect defects and understanding of quality specifications.
