About Your New Job As a Quality Technician, you will: Provide daily Quality support to manufacturing teams to ensure the companys high product standards are upheld. Lead NCR (Non-Conformance Report) activities across both the metal and polymer divisions, driving process improvement and defect reduction. Support all CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) activities, including those related to customer complaints. Assist with test and validation commitments as required by the business.
