Job Description
The Quality Technician produces paint and related products by setting up, operating, and tending mixing and blending equipment for chemicals, liquids, color pigments, and other materials. This role ensures batches meet strict quality standards through in-process inspections, accurate documentation, and adherence to batch cards and procedures. The position combines hands-on mixing and compounding with quality control responsibilities in a fast-paced production environment.
Responsibilities

+ Set up, operate, and tend machines and equipment used to mix or blend materials such as chemicals, liquids, color pigments, and rust-proofing components to produce paint and related products.

+ Follow batch cards precisely, including weighing, measuring, and adding ingredients in the correct sequence and quantities to achieve the required product specifications.
