Quality Technician 2nd Shift

Job Description

The Quality Technician is responsible for improving awareness of Quality, Environment, and Safety (QSE) among all employees across the different production departments. The role supports the development of the Q&E system and ensures compliance with agreements, standards, and procedures at all levels and workstations.

Key Deliverables: Motivate and ensure that all employees work safely and in accordance with stow QSHE standards. Ensure that all work is carried out in a safe, efficient, and quality-focused manner. Promote a Lean mindset and continuous improvement. Ensure that all activities and processes comply with QSHE standards, policies, work instructions, and local legislation.

Daily · Quality control at each workstation (hanging/unhanging) per team and record it. · Check the baths (degreasing/rinsing/KOH/titration) and make corrections if needed.· Check S&M packages Quality Control. · Water half-test: smooth lines (adhesion...
