We are looking for a talented Quality System Technician to join our team in Darlington, UK.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
+ Apply quality tools and methodologies to strengthen product and process quality, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, AIAG core tools, and customer-specific requirements.
+ Maintain and continuously improve the Quality Management System by owning accurate documentation, audit records, and process information within eQMS systems.
+ Monitor, report, and drive resolution of Material Non‑Conformances (MNCs), Product Non‑Conformances (PNCs), and Supplier Corrective Action Requests (SCARs).
+ Manage measurement and calibration requirements for tooling and inspection equipment across the DEP campus to ensure ongoing compliance and reliability.
+ Support external audits and certification activities, working closely with audit teams to maintain required quality accreditations.
